to rite they do.
only joking.
nah, actually i dont think they do, i think theres more pressure on teenagers now than there was in the past, i dont mean "peer pressure, thats allways been there and allways will be, thats up to the individual teenager not to fall for it.
no, i mean pressure like got to do well at school, got to do well in exams, got to go to college or uni, got to get a good job that pays great, (not many of them around)
its like every year there seems to be less and less jobs around that you dont need to be a fully functional computerised brain stormer to apply for.
ps.. i blame the goverment for everything...and i mean...everything.
only joking.

I dont think they do (me being one)
There is allot of stress and these days allot of family issues, also allot of couples have split up after having a child where as this used to be a rare thing, things like this create allot of stress for teenagers.

We don't have to deal with a job, so that is definitely a good thing.

I personally think that teenagers have a hell of a tough time ahead of them. The main reason being the credit crunch. Give it 5-10 years into their lives and its really gonna hit them hard. Myself being 20 am getting towards the time where I'm having to think about moving out to my own place, facing bills and the real world. Life ain't gonna get any easier, so teenagers should get the most they possibly can from life before life gets to them.
I moved to my own place with my girlfriend for 4 months, to a rented small flat and that was hard enough with money, so I don't know how the hell I'm going to carry on in life when things are only looking worse. Since I started driving just over 4 months ago I've seen fuel prices rocket up high and I find it hard to fill a van even when I'm paying effectively nothing to my mum per month to live at home.
